In the designing of this stock, we held to three criteria....first we started with an ergonomic pistol grip with finger grooves for the most natural feel.....next we wanted a bore height comb / high cheekpiece....and third...we wanted a huge selection of forearm options for hunting, target, varmint, and benchrest. Available in all laminated colors. Vents for cooling. Finger Grooves. For better control and comfort....bore height comb....available hollowed out rear butt stock for reduced weight.......similar to our tackdriver model.

Listed below are some of the advantages of our Pistol Grip design over other stock styles. Most of these models have a contour varmint forearm so they are lighter in weight than our regular Target & Benchrest styles. There are a variety of style and forearm options, from our standard 2" hunting forearm for Deer, Antelope, Elk, and other types of game. The 2-1/4" forearm for silhouette target shooting, and the 2-1/2" varmint forearm for target shooting. On request we have a round forearm, a precision style forearm, and flat benchrest style forearms as well. The 4-1/4" huge benchrest forearm comes with three vertical vents and is heavy like a benchrest stock.

Our Pistol Grip Style has these oustanding features:

• For some rifle shooters, that natural pistol grip position improves their scores and permits more complete control and a steadier hold.
• Our lower pistol grip position improves the natural grip for a better hold and yet plenty of strength and comfort.
• Ideal for magnum calibers as there is less felt recoil with the pistol grip over a conventional grip.
• Several versions of our Pistol Grip Style are ambidextrous for right and left hand shooters.
• Our comfortable Pistol Grip Style features finger grooves, ergonomic palm swell, and a bottom rear support for sand bags.
• The natural pistol grip position enhances the shooters ability to point and shoot with better consistency.
